I first noticed this a few months ago, when sponsored links telling me to vote for Colin Craig started appearing in my Gmail inbox: Then I just saw a Jedi in one of the ads in my facebook, and what do you know: He (or an agency) is actually trying pretty hard, producing videos like this one on his facebook page. Unfortunately his online metrics aren't looking so good. His twitter account has only 20 followers, and his YouTube videos have collectively had less than 200 views. Of course that doesn't directly translate into votes, but it is a good indicator of who Aucklander's are interested...
